Telford widower tells how his wife waited hours for ambulance and at A&E

Steve told us his story on the day Shropshire councillors meet to discuss an inquiry into the service, and hospital bosses hear at their monthly board meeting that handover delays are causing 鈥渋ncreased harm to patients鈥.
