Kenya鈥檚 Minister for Interior Government coordination is on record warning the electorate against voting into Kenya鈥檚 parliament criminals whom he says constitute up to 40% of the aspirants. The country鈥檚 election body says individuals who have been charged and appealed or are awaiting judgement will be allowed to offer themselves for elective positions in the upcoming polls.
