The EU says it will block most Russian oil imports by the end of 2022 to punish Russia. The deal blocks delivery of Russian oil by sea, but leaves open a pipeline to countries resisting action, including Hungary. Chris Weafer is chief executive of the business consultancy Macro Advisory in Moscow, and tells us what the likely impact will be in Russia.
