Undescended testis
When a baby is born, mothers usually inspect them with great scrutiny; checking the fingers, the eyes, the whole body really. Despite seemingly thorough examination, many mothers miss to notice anomalies on their boys' genitalia. Up to 30 out of every 100 boys born prematurely are likely to have the problem of undescended testis which, if left untreated, could lead to serious issues including infertility.
