We hear about some of the free activity available for young people in Suffolk and Norfolk in the Summer holidays.

Common Groun, run by Norwich adn Norfolk Festival, talk about their workshops across Norfolk, we heat from Dance East, Jubilee Arts, Snape Maltings, The HOLD and Suffolk Archives, Access Community Trust and council innitiatives and brilliant activities all over the region!

Prima Donna Festival director Catherine, tells us about a great ticket deal for their upcoming festival, plus mother and daughter Tara and Jackie list off loads of other free activities in the area.

We also hear some brilliant recordings from the Women2Women radio crew who managed to grab interviews with artists and performers throughout the day!
