Mention exercise, and what comes to mind is panting, sweating and exhaustion; but not tai chi. It is described as meditation in motion: calming, freeing and soothing. Suzette and Jean-Claude, both cancer survivors in their 60鈥檚, are hooked to tai chi. From Mauritius, the 大象传媒's Saida Swaleh reports.
