This film focuses on the value of self-respect and narrates the story of David the Singing Shepherd Boy (traditionally known as Samuel anointing David). The story teaches us that it is the heart that is important to God, not outward appearance. It also touches on the idea of not comparing yourself to others but, instead, being proud of who you are.
