Derbyshire all-rounder Anuj Dal has revealed he struggled with mental health issues last season. The 26-year-old has emerged as a key player in Derbyshire鈥檚 resurgence this summer under Head of Cricket Mickey Arthur.

But Dal, who is also vice-chair of the Professional Cricketer鈥檚 Association, had to seek help in 2021, admitting he broke down in tears on one occasion. He鈥檚 been speaking to 大象传媒 Radio Derby鈥檚 Dave Fletcher.
