Stourbridge: weapon surrender bin installed
24-year-old Ryan Passey was fatally stabbed in a nightclub in Stourbridge back in 2017.

Our reporter Megan Jones has been following this story since the start and is in Stourbridge for us this morning. She's joined with PCC Tom McNeil and Ryan Passey's father and step dad.
