Bringing people together from different cultures and communities in Suffolk and Norfolk.

Tonight we hear from Brian Eno and some of the musicians at the Woodbridge Ambient Music Festival, including a section of the improvisation by Talvin Singh and Tom Rogerson performed at the festival.

Three of the new Volunteering Matters volunteers come to the studio to talk about their work here in Suffolk and what they plan to do within the community.

We hear about The Zainab Project, a the brainchild of Rasha Ibrahim and Sarah Wynn, two teaching colleagues who joined forces to create a space for refugee and Asylum Seekers to gain work experience, skill share and ease in to Norfolk life in a local community setting.

Plus we mark the launch of ASPIRE BLACK SUFFOLK's new education book.
