Was the Queen instrumental in fostering the blossoming of the arts and culture in Britain and beyond in her seven decades on the throne? Contributors include the television presenter Dame Joan Bakewell, film and singing star Petula Clark, the novelist Ben Okri and Chair of the Arts Council England Sir Nicholas Serota.
