Ukraine counter-offensive: Former Putin advisor says 'we are concerned'
In recent days Ukraine has re-taken much of previously Russian-occupied territory. President Volodymyr Zelensky said his forces were fortifying their hold over 8,000 sq km in the Kharkiv region.
Russian troops have been forced to retreat. Sergei Markov, former member of the Russian State Duma for President Putin鈥檚 party, based in Moscow, says it is "a very big victory of the Ukrainian army which took 5% of the territories taken by Russian army before" and that these developments could lead to "escalation of war".
