Black History Month reflections, a book launch and some exceptional people pushing the boundaries, across Suffolk and Norfolk.

This week we head to the Ipswich and Suffolk Council for Racial Equality's 45th birthday event, where five of the original members were present, they reflect on the past and look to the future!

We hear from community organisation Aspire Black Suffolk as they launch their new Black History book, 'Elimu' ( meaning Knowledge) and their guest speaker at the launch, Michael De Souza, creator of Rastamouse caught up with Cad to share his own journey and vision.

Fashion Historian Amy Orchard King, chats with Angelle about her research into Black fashion, resistance and how this has been misappropriated in the heritage sector over the years.

Sami Santa, a youtuber and creative media presenter, living in Suffolk comes on to talk about his work and reflections on Black History Month.

PLUS we hear a conversation between Norfolk-based Zimbabwean comedian, Nelson Gombakomba, and Amy Nomvula, all about Black Joy.
