ECC leader Cllr Kevin Bentley reacts to the Chancellor's mini-Budget, which included the introduction of low-tax investment zones across the UK, a reversal of the rise in national insurance and reductions in taxes for businesses.

Cllr Bentley tells 大象传媒 Essex that our county will be home at "at least one" of the low-tax investment zones, and the authority is in discussion with the government about how they will work and what they will mean for the people of Essex.
