Bringing people together from different cultures and communities in Suffolk and Norfolk.

The first half of this show is handed over to Clarrisa, Eniola and Abi from the EYES project - an exciting new youth project, based at Suffolk New College. They say their main aims and passions are to diversify education and increase the knowledge for students and teachers. They discuss their ambitions for the project and also reflection on the black history month.

We hear from the charity BME Support, about their recent celebrations and have a little tour of their new project premises.

Local people who have travelled from Afghanistan, Iran and Syria to now make Ipswich their home share their career hopes for their futures.

And we hear from journalist Faranak Amidi, about the wave of protests across Iran and the impact of the words Women, Life, Freedom. Following this, a new UK arts campaign builds on these words to launch a campaign of freedom, taking place this week in Cambridge.
