With millions facing "fuel poverty" this winter, charities and councils are stepping in.
With unprecedented rises in our energy bills and millions thought to be facing "fuel poverty" this winter, charities and councils are offering refuge across the country. "Warm spaces" are being provided in public buildings like libraries, art galleries and cricket clubs, which the public can use for free. Dedicated hubs are also being set up in new, energy-efficient buildings. They've been described as like "food banks, but for heat". Our correspondent Ellie Price has been to a hub in Northumberland to meet the people behind the idea, and some of the people using them.
