It's as new research shows that seven in ten cardiac arrests happen in front of bystanders - but less than one in 5 people actually step in to help with CPR.
Fabrice Muambe is a former professional footballer. He played more than 70 times for Birmingham City and also played for Bolton and Arsenal.
Fabrice suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch during an FA Cup match for Bolton in 2012 - he was only 23....
He's now encouraging young people to learn vital first aid skills on Restart a Heart Day....
