The ThrustSSC hit a speed of 763 mph in the Black Rock Desert, Nevada on October 15, 1997.
This made it the first ever land vehicle to break the sound barrier.
Now 25 years on, Vic was joined by Andy Green, the driver of the ThrustSSC, to talk about what it was like to set a Land Speed Record.
