Loopholes in Morocco's family code enabling forced marriages

3.2 million people are living in forced marriages in Africa, this is according to a 2021 joint report by UN agencies the international labour Organisation and the international organisation for migration. We have a look at Morocco, where despite the legal age for marriage being 18 from 15 years in 2004, loopholes in the country鈥檚 family code still enable forced and underage marriages.
