New war memorial honours Leicester's Sikh soldiers
Leicester's new war memorial has been unveiled in Victoria Park: honouring Sikhs who fought for our country during the two World Wars and in conflicts around the world.
Sikhs made up more than 20% of the British Indian Army at the outbreak of World War One.
