CBS Arena bidder says he's being "shut out" of process
One of the interested bidders for the CBS Arena says he's being shut out of the process.
A preferred bidder has been lined up for the company operating the stadium, understood to be former Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley.
But John Dawkins - who's heading up a rival consortium - says he's offering more money.
