Walsall primary school raising money for poorly pupil
A primary school in Walsall is raising money for one of their pupils who's been diagnosed with a rare cancer.
Verity Sheldon is 6 years old - and she's had surgery to remove a brain tumour.
Now she's having radiotherapy and chemo almost every day as part of her treatment.
Our reporter Laura Chiverton went out to meet Verity and her parents Nick and Marie Sheldon - who say they're glad they acted when they did.
This all means Verity has missed loads of school and her classmates at Ryders Hayes Primary are really missing her. That's some of Verity's classmates in Year 2...
Now the whole of Ryders Hayes school has actually been working on something really special for Verity.
Here's to tell me more is the Executive head at Ryders Hayes Primary Sally Miner.
