The Leicester women 'taking back their power' through sport.
A Leicester Martial arts club is offering free training to women including those who have lived with domestic abuse.
Taekwondo4All, based in Western Park, Leicester, is the first in the UK to support 'The Pink Belt Project'.
The club is urging women to apply for a scholarship which allows them to train for free. The scholarship also covers expenses such as uniform, belts and membership fees.
Tamsin Davis, founder of Taekwondo4all explains why she is urging women to 'take their power back' through the sport.
