大象传媒 Children in Need has been making a difference to young people's lives in the West Midlands and beyond for over 40 years.

In the run up to the main event on 大象传媒 One on Friday night 大象传媒 Radio WM is hearing from some of the charities who have benefited from the money you raise.

Making a difference to the lives of children and young people right across the UK.

Today it's Little Hearts Matter in Birmingham who had more than 拢107,000 over three years thanks to money from 大象传媒 Children in Need.

They are the only national UK charity offering specialised support to anyone affected by the diagnosis of single ventricle heart condition.
