The Great Green Wall is an African led movement with an ambition to grow and preserve 8000 kilometres of trees across Africa in more than 20 countries: From Senegal to Djibouti. But beyond that, the initiative is aimed at transforming the lives of millions in the Sahel region. More than 3000 women in the Upper East Region of Ghana are making a livelihood from harvesting and processing baobab fruits. We tell you how they too are at the frontline of the fight against climate change.
