'Is this selfish or is this what I have to do to be happy?'
A GP originally from County Down but who moved to Australia this summer says she could not have worked in Northern Ireland long-term because of the long hours and the extreme pressure she was working under.
Laura Wright says the behaviour of some patients, especially after the pandemic, also contributed to her decision to move to Queensland, where she's continuing her medical career.
Speaking to Chris Buckler and Sarah Brett, Dr Wright tells us more about her most recent role in Northern Ireland as a GP at Priory Surgery in Holywood.
