´óÏó´«Ã½ Essex's Sonia Watson spoke to Dr Krishna Ramkhelawon, the Southend Director of Public Health, and Dr Stephen Hughes who is a consultant in emergency medicine at Broomfield Hospital and a senior lecturer in medicine at Anglia Ruskin University.
