Liverpool chef makes it to semi-finals of Masterchef: The Professionals
One of Liverpool's rising culinary talents has done the city proud, making it through to the semi-final of this year's Masterchef: The Professionals.
Gabriella Margiotta, who is the sous chef at her family's restaurant, Cucina di Vincenzo, wowed the judges and critics who sampled her mouth-watering dishes.
She tells us what the experience was like.
