After being sentenced to 15 months in prison, Paul now sets small targets for himself each week to help achieve his full potential; turning his life around as a result of the support by the probation service.
Martin Lucas, who runs the Probation Service in South Essex, also explains to Dave Monk how probation has reduced reoffending rates in Essex.
