The adorable Worcestershire triplets are spending their first proper Christmas at home! River, Beau and Leo are thought to be the UK's most premature identical triplets ever, and after spending the past few years in and out of hospital, our reporter Tom Edwards went to the family home, where Christmas is in full swing.
