“He was in tears. He was absolutely distraught”
The family of an elderly man left waiting for over a day "in agony" for an ambulance say the experience left him absolutely distraught.
The 85-year-old from Long Eaton suffered a fall at home leaving him with a head wound and broken bones which meant he couldn't move from his chair.
