A woman from Birmingham, says her 95-year-old Grandmother spent the whole night on a trolley in A&E.

And that was AFTER a 7 hour wait in the ambulance outside.

Geraldine Brown says there was nothing wrong with the care and compassion from NHS staff at Sandwell General Hospital.

But she鈥檚 told us her Nan, Cynthia Oakley, was moved around three different corridors during her 11 hour wait on the trolley just before New Year.

Geraldine was with her grandma for that entire time.
