'It's given me the ability to believe in myself again'

Rutland's Rachel Williamson is the first female team captain of the UK squad for the Invictus Games.

As a young swimmer, Williamson dreamed of reaching the Olympic Games. During the trials for the 2008 Beijing Games, she just missed her ticket in.

But then in 2014 an unfortunate accident meant that she could no longer use her right arm.

Despite this, last year Rachel won three gold medals and one silver medal in the swimming finals at the Invictus Games. Williamson's medals came with wins in the 50m freestyle, 50m backstroke and the 50m breaststroke, with a second placing in the 100m freestyle.

Rachel tells Shruti Chauhan about how being involved with the Invictus Games has changed her life.
