'Frustration' as plans for Quorn County Hotel paused
Couples are sharing their frustration after plans for Quorn County Hotel have been paused.
The Hotel had cancelled 18 weddings to accept a year long contract to house asylum seekers.
Well seven days after we first broke the story, we've now been told that the decision has been paused.
Pooja Devani was one of the Brides affected, she was due to be married at the Venue on January 29th and rearranged her whole wedding within 4 days.
The Quorn Country Hotel have declined our request for comment, but have previously told us that all those who weddings will be cancelled will receive a full refund and, where appropriate compensation will be offered.
