Derby has been granted 拢20 million from the Government to redevelop the Assembly Rooms into a new theatre for students.
Council leader Chris Poulter has said it鈥檚 great news which will herald a new era for the Market Place. He鈥檚 been speaking to 大象传媒 Radio Derby鈥檚 Andy Twigge.
