February marks LGBTQ+ history month, we will be hearing from Suffolk resident Charles Hustwick , about growing up in a less tolerant time for gay rights, art scene, moving to London and the activism involved, and we hear from QUEERFEST launches this week in Norfolk.

A brand new Caribbean restaurant opens its doors this week and we speak to the team about the tasty food we can expect and the courage it takes in a time of cost of living crisis.
