Should menopause be made a protected characteristic?

There's been a long running campaign for working women going through the menopause to get better protection. Reporter Melanie Abbott joined Nuala McGovern on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 4's Woman's Hour to give us the full details of the government's response to calls for more protection, and campaigner Helen Garlick from Henpicked told us why she is calling for more action.
