The owners of the Derbion shopping centre have submitted a multi-million pound plan to Derby City Council to redevelop the Eagle Market and Derby Theatre area. The proposals would include a 29-storey apartment block on Traffic Street. Armed with an artist鈥檚 impression, 大象传媒 Radio Derby鈥檚 Heidi Booth has been asking people in Derby what they think of the plans.
