National Apprenticeship Week aims to raise awareness of the many benefits that apprenticeships can offer.

There's a huge number of appenticeships in many different subjects, and the benefits they bring to businesses, individuals and the economy are immense.

Parris Small, from Leicester, is an engineering apprentice at Jaguar Land Rover and is doing a degree apprenticeship. She's also Apprentice Co-Chair of the East Midlands Ambassador Network.

Parris tells Summaya how she's found a balance working for the company combined with her studies for her apprenticeship.
