Dorset young carers help others struggling to cope
For young people in Dorset who become carers, it's an act of love.
They willingly give up their free time to be there for a family member and are happy to do so.
But sometimes their own needs are not met as a result, and now a collaboration between MyTime Young Carers and an organisation called Stormbreak has resulted in some of Dorset's young carers making videos to share ways that they've learned to look after themselves.
Krista Sharpe, CEO of MyTime Young Carers, and young carer Kierney Frampton, joined Dorset's Steve Harris to talk about the project and Kierney's experience as a young carer.
