The Conservative MP Lee Anderson is no stranger to controversy. Last year he made headlines for saying people needed to learn how to cook and budget "properly", rather than use food banks. Just this week, The Spectator published an interview in which Mr Anderson expressed support for reintroducing the death penalty, arguing "nobody has ever committed a crime after being executed".
Now, the new Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party has clashed with a radio presenter over accusations of dishonesty. But what are we to make of it?
