This week we begin the Belongings show month long celebration of women globally, as part of International Women's Day and Month.
The show spotlights women who have shown courage, ingenuity and bravery, beginning by looking to Iran and talking with local Iranian women about the female led revolution.
Cad has a conversation with Amit Lahav, artistic director of GECKO, about his new show KIN and his creative practise.
Two Felixstowe based nurses, Heather and Pat, give us their audio diary as they head to a refugee camp in Greece to offer medical support to those who can't access it.
Plus the show packed with music made by and performed by women.
