Dorset farmer loses five sheep in dog attack
Cameron Farquharson, who's been campaigning for a new law to prevent dog attacks on livestock, has suffered another attack on his farm.
Five of his sheep have been killed near Bridport, including four pregnant ewes. The owner of the dog has not come forward.
It's not the first time something like this has happened. In 2021, one of his pregnant Highland cows, Gladis, was fatally chased off a 30 foot drop on Eggardon Hill by two Labradors.
Wakely Cox, who's the National Farmers' Union chairman for Dorset, says attacks are becoming 'much more common'. He and Cameron have been speaking to 大象传媒 Radio Solent's Steve Harris.
