Police and Youth workers in areas like Lozells and Newtown say they are determined to make the streets there safer...
It's after a 16 year old lad was killed because he strayed into another postcode.
Sekou Doucoure was stabbed to death on the forecourt of a petrol station in Lozells last July.
Sekou had been chased by a gang who had a knife and had fired gun shots to scare him off.
Now two teenagers, 18-year-old Pierre Thomas an a 16 year old who can't be named for legal reasons have been found guilty of Sekou's manslaughter.
Neither of them stabbed Sekou - but Police are still looking to speak to another man who is wanted on suspicion of murder.

They both work together to tackle under 25 violence and knife crime.
And Chris started by asking Richard what work the Police are doing on a daily basis.
