Claire Hamilton meets Oksana Skybinska who works with Ukrainian Public Service Broadcaster UA:PBC. Oksana is the Head of Eurovision Delegation for Ukraine. Claire asked Oksana about Ukraine one year on from the Russian invasion, and also discussed how Liverpool is embracing Ukraine and Ukrainian culture ahead of hosting the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool in May.
