An unusual craze has hit Wigston - for burnt top cobs.

Pratik Master is the owner of Wigston Deli, who are experiencing a craze of burnt cobs. They've proved a huge seller, shifting 500 hundred in less than a week! Pratik says his charred, crusty cobs provide a nostalgic taste, and are opening people's eyes to the amazing array of other locally made products he sells.
