There's been a rise in dog attacks in the West Midlands
A 大象传媒 investigation's found a 66 percent increase in offences involving dangerous dogs across the region.
In 2018 there were 671 cases - by 2022 that number had risen to more than a thousand.
And almost 4 thousand dogs have been seized over those same four years.
