New drama initiative launched to teach danger of 'selfies'
These days many children will receive their first mobile phone before starting secondary school.
And with mobile phones, comes social media and with social media come selfies.
Selfies are now part of life for many, so it's important that young people know a bit more about them if they're going to be carrying a camera with them wherever they go.
A new campaign's being rolled out across Merseyside primary schools, to make younger children aware of the dangers of sending pictures of themselves to others, and posting selfies on social media."Send me a Selfie" uses drama to bring the issues to life for a young audience.
