A new centre in Ipswich has officially opened, supporting black and minority ethnic women experiencing domestic violence or abuse.
The Phoebe Centre is on Great Colman Street - it stands for Promotion of Health, Opportunity, Equality, Benevolence and Empowerment.
Pragna Patel (left) is a former director of the Southall Black Sisters and supported the charity when it first launched in 2010. She's been speaking to the 大象传媒's Jon Wright, along with Phoebe founder Mollin Delve (right), staff and volunteers.
