Researching family history has always been a popular past time, but the days of having to go to a records office and wade through reams and reams of paperwork is long gone.
With the advent of being able to search online the hobby has exploded in popularity, but sometimes you can only get so far without some help.
The people of Wigston, or even those with only the most tenuous link to the town, have an amazing resource in the Wigston Heritage Centre.
